Convenient location near stores and early. Helpful staff, no wait for taxis. Across from best Pizzeria Da michele. Spacious room with yoga mat space, large bed, comfortable pillows/duvet. High-quality amenities and free mini bar. Efficient room service, excellent bar food. Design updates needed. Good value for money. Hospitable staff with helpful guidance. Wifi service. Everyone went out of their way to help despite being understaffed. Outstanding reception and valet staff. Thank you to all.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were great. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing me with information and directions whenever I needed them. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was very close to the major shopping areas and the central train station.

Located in a convenient area, this hotel fulfilled all of our luxurious needs. the room was well-appointed, spacious, with a comfortable bed, and high-quality amenities such as a portable steamer and free minibar items. the room service was fast and efficient, and the bar food was delicious. We particularly enjoyed the thoughtful service from the staff in the bar, making our stay even more memorable. a fantastic experience.

the Nespresso machine was not clean, and it was filled with previously used pods.

The staff was very helpful and upgraded our rooms. They provided excellent restaurant recommendations and arranged a babysitter for us. Quick taxi service and accommodating room service.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The spacious and luxurious rooms at the Westin Palace were a highlight of our stay. The marble bathrooms and comfortable beds made us feel right at home. We were also impressed with the 24/7 gym, modern equipment, and relaxing spa facilities. The attentive staff were very good too ensure our meetings were successful and our guests were comfortable. The Lounge Bar was a great place to unwind, with excellent service from the bar staff. our 3-night stay at this grand hotel was enjoyable and we highly recommend it.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is situated between the train station and the old town. It is also very close to the major shopping areas, providing easy access for guests who love to shop. the hotel is as close to the metro, making it convenient for guests to explore the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay for guests. The service is excellent, with staff being helpful and attentive. The breakfast, although lacking variety, is still satisfactory.

The hotel could benefit from some renovations, as the carpets are old and appear dirty.

I had a wonderful experience at a hotel in Milan. The location was great, just a few stops on the metro from Piazza Republica and close to some nice restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a renovated bathroom. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who helped us with our requests. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, and there were free mini bar items in the room. it was a fantastic stay.

There was one negative aspect of our stay. The furniture in the room was a bit old and damaged, which was a disappointment.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel were exceptional. the Spa & wellness centre and massage options were rejuvenating. the garden area was peaceful and scenic. the room was elegant and had exclusive advantages which made it extremely comfortable. the restaurant had a splendid menu with a wide range of options. the bar/lounge area was the perfect spot for a drink in the evening. the location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city.

The buffet breakfast at this hotel was not up to par with the rest of the luxurious experience. the variety of options was limited and some of the food items were not as fresh as they could be.

During our Easter stay, we were kinda surprised by the hospitality and friendly staff at this hotel. The room we booked was spacious and comfortable, providing the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. We especially loved the fact that the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and just a short taxi ride away from the airport and historic areas. This made it easy for us to explore and enjoy the city without any hassle.
